In the sub-nuclei consciousness, in the far-away Lands of Central America Nicaragua, Poet Pamela Stewart, acts to our Dante Alighieri, to her Beatrice Portinari. A guide to whom the viewer confides his or her trust in. A grown, powerful woman of wisdom, Pamelas' tales of love, counters our troubled relationship between Malala and contemporary interpretations of Religion.
A woman of wisdom, 14, Malala Yousafzai is faintly seen, through juxtapose, to display the troubled spirit the young, powerful, martyr & practitioner of Islam has struggled for basic Female education, whereas her cataclysmic environment surrounding her, continues to stranglehold Females from progressing forward into daily life, the very which 21st century North Americans take for granted.
In no way does Pamela the Poet convey her recital is about Malala, but simply, to show that the Maturity of Pamelas' North American love-life, universal as her words are, from her gender female perspective, could also one day reflect the intimate mutual-love relationship Malala may one day have & experience.

Episode 3 closes Velasquez Hip Hop Trilogy,... Once Upon a Time in Winnipeg Manitoba. In this Episode, O is fooled by a pair of gangsters as he takes a stroll outdoors, escaping the air of paranoia 'mary jane' has given him in the opening scene. Wheel of Fortune, where destiny and fate collide.
Notes on Production: 2 months to film/edit/post-produce, initial scenes were filmed early Spring 2013 (as seen with snow on the ground.) is the shortest film in the trilogy yet the longest to produce. The Trilogy seeks to find new angles in the Hip Hop universe, bringing a new wheel to the old machine of sorts, spinning and introducing the world of music to its audience.
The Trilogy, again, follows Velasquez patented formula: If you're going to make a 3rd movie in a trilogy, it has to be the odd ball out. It has to remove itself from the established world you've created previous. Following in the example of films like Red Dragon (Prequel but the 3rd movie), and Back to the Future 3 (Last in the series and the odd ball: they go to the wild west) the traditional 3rd movie must pay homage to its original as well, such as Alien 3 (One Alien monster attacking a crew of space-workers; also removed environment: Ripley is living in a prison amongst only men) or The Enforcer (3rd Dirty Harry movie, introduced the first female character for Callahan into the world) Ninja Turtles 3 (The Ninja turtles go back in time, making it an odd ball entry) Terminator 3(Female Terminator) Indiana Jones Last Crusade pays homage to the first film directly (Nazi bad buys, Christian artifact, desert chase ending).
