Sheriff Stephen J. visits the "Bryant's Stove Works" in Thorndike, Maine, where owners Joe and Bea Bryant take him for a tour of their refurbished antique wood stoves, Doll Circus and car and musical antiques museum.
Sheriff Stephen J. goes to the "Boothbay Railway Village" to look at some antique Fire Fighting equipment, then heads over to the "Northport Volunteer Fire Dept." and talks to Fire Chief Paul Rooney as to the differences between City and Volunteer Fire Departments including equipment and training.
Sheriff Stephen J goes to "The State of Maine Cheese Company" and learns how Cheddar and Jack Cheese is made, then heads over to the "Hamilton Farm," where Patti Hamilton specializes in making Bleu Cheese.
Sheriff Stephen J. embarks upon a working Lobster Boat and see's how Lobsters are fished from the Ocean, then heads over to "Young's Lobster Pound," where Lobsters are bought directly from the Lobster Boats, stored, boiled then served to their customers.
Sheriff Stephen J. goes to the "Aldermere farm" to see how the sap from Sugar Maple Trees is collected, then continues on to the "Kinney Sugar House" and learns how they turn sap into pure Maple Syrup.
