The North Central Regional Aquaculture Center (NCRAC) was created by a grant through the United States Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture as a means to assist the aquaculture industry in the North Central United States through research, education, and extension activities. This channel was developed to help current and potential aquaculturists gain information that will enhance their aquaculture operation. The NCRAC serves a 12-state region of the U.S. including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and South Dakota. More aquaculture information can be accessed at ncrac.org.
