    If you want to get stronger and be confident on WI4 ice climbing. Prepare at least 12 weeks ahead of your season starts.

    Usually every experienced rockclimber can easily lead WI3 ice, but the next level (WI4) and further, demands more specific preparations to take beforehand.

    Go trough the 8 basic exercises, find your weak links and focus on them until every aspect of the functional training feels within your comfort zone.
