I was deeply effected by the images of Aylan Kurdi, the three old child, who was photographed dead and washed up on the shore line trying to find refuge in a foreign land. I wrote him a song. He was not a nobody. He was Aylan Kurdi.
It is a song about taking the log out of your own eye; extending a loving hand and burying judgment of others for good.
