  2. The English as a Second Language (ESL) Students at Foley Middle School were awarded a great opportunity through the Kennedy Center for the Arts, to participate in a National Program called, "On Location" with the Kennedy Center. The Librarian, Ms. Sue Norman, applied for this program and her school was only 10 schools selected, Nationally for, "On Location." The ESL Students and Ms. Norman chose to produce an Inspiration Video about a Local Blind Artist, who had frequently done Art Classes with the ESL Students and they expressed that He had Inspired them during his visits. The Kennedy Center sent a High Tech Equipped Bus with Three Exceptional Artists in the Field of Video and Film Technology. These Three Awesome Ladies spent two weeks with the ESL Students, teaching them how to direct, produce and edit videos, so that they could create their own special Inspiration Video about Ricky Trione.
