News of the oil spill was blaring from the TV in the other room while I was listening to an instrumental song I had recorded last year; an unpaid result of a job request; to write a piece (heavily)inspired by the Radiohead track "National Anthem". Khrome showed up, so I started spouting verses of a political nature. My music visualizer was generating relevant abstractions so I found a way to edit them; to create what I was interpreting as a mysterious underwater space where chemicals & nature collide..
