In 1994, Jody Pendarvis built a dilapidated UFO Welcome Center in rural Bowman, South Carolina quickly becoming a popular destination for travelers and tourist alike.

Last summer while location scouting, Faith Creech and Michael Tolbert stumbled upon this unique attraction and immediately knew they needed it for the film. They even based the character Jericho (Jon Trammell) off Jody himself.

After filming wrapped Michael sat down with Jody to get his take on the film. This included introducing him to his on screen counterpart.

While the story is completely fictional we are pulling from real South Carolina history to tell our amazingly frightening story. Such as did you know that there is actually a town in South Carolina called Mars Bluff, which was hit by a meteor in the 1950s or that there is an actual UFO Welcome Center in Bowman, SC. Yeah.. Not many people do! So not only are we going to scare you a bit and take you on a roller coaster of an adventure, we're also going to educate you all on the forgotten tails and people of South Carolina.
