In this talk, Matt Leacock will describe some of the design considerations and methods that he and Rob Daviau used when they made the shift from designing a product to designing an experience.

Instead we must “reserve a seat” for the critics and our own self-doubt. “Tell them, I see you, I hear you, but I’m going to do this anyway.”
