1. Homemade medical device for the restoration of foreskin. Made out of aquarium safe silicone, 2 baby bottle nipples, and a basketball pump. The device uses air pressure to help stretch skin and promote growth.

  3. Non sexual nudity showing foreskin restoration theropy for us victims of botched infant circumcisions. I'm using a mini foam latex paint roller with 2" wide medical tape. Any Questions? I'd like to know if this works for new foreskin restorers?

NOTES: Presently the retaining cone is supplied in clear material so it's easier to ensure that skin is gripped uniformly with minimal wrinkles. Also the strap tension shown here is EXCESSIVE. The strap should have been adjusted first rather than taken straight from the package and used. Gentle tension gets the job done. And when this video was made I had been restoring for 4 years. If a beginner has enough slack so he can force his skin into position to hide the glans (while he's holding it) then he can use a tapeless device. If not, then a few months with a tape method like the Canister will usually get him there.

The foreskin plays an important role in normal function. The skin that is commonly removed in circumcision is imbued with thousands of specialized nerve endings, highly sensitive to light touch. The restored skin protects the glans and adjacent mucosa, keeping these parts supple and sensitive. The normal or restored sheath of slack skin provides a mobility that lets the skin glide during intimacy and manipulation, affording the natural mode of frictionless stimulation.

Non-surgical foreskin restoration involves tensioning the skin which induces the skin tube to grow longer so the surviving skin can function somewhat like a foreskin. Although there is no evidence that specialized nerve ending organelles regenerate, those nerve endings which remain can function more as seemingly "intended" by nature because the skin sheds thickened surface layers, stays moist, and slinks around to cause a bending and straightening of the skin which the nerve endings are seemingly "designed" to respond to.

    Transcript:
I can show you how using a Tugger works. With this piece, the Tugger, we just place it against the glans, roll some skin from the shaft up onto the body of the Tugger (it needs to be stretched out and evened up a little bit - looks good). I take the outer shell (the Retaining Cone) and put it over the skin.

Now, even though that's not part of the structure, when you pull on it, the cone is drawn against the skin and doesn't come loose, and it doesn't let the Tugger come loose. To apply constant gentle tension you use a Tugging Strap. And regardless of how uncomfortable that looks, I wear this under my trousers during the work day and I'm tugging all day.

  5. Ron Low - circumcised at birth in 1962 - demonstrates the application of the TLC Packer foreskin restoration device which now features a stainless loop tested for 20 pounds of tension, so the loop COULD be used for elastic or weighted tension. Note also that retaining cones are now supplied in clear silicone for better identification of situations where skin wrinkling needs to be addressed.

Packing techniques are not for everyone. Extreme care is required to get a comfortable application while inducing sufficient tension, and it's very hard to know when sufficent tension exists and to reproduce that state time and again.
