Chakra Breathing is an extension of Heart Focused Breathing, where attention is sent to each of the chakras. During this process we imagine our breath is moving in and out of the chakra we are focusing our attention upon. As energy flows where attention goes a profoundly balancing effect is experienced throughout the physical, energetic and emotional body.
Chakra Breathing, part 1 and part 2 combine to create the "unity breathing" technique which I believe is an essential part of resilience building required for energy workers and healers to practice daily.

Before using this video, spend a few moments connecting into your breath and focus on a goal that you want to manifest over a specific period - maybe throughout the duration of this course, or for time period set for another purpose. This Soul Incantation is to assist a release of old ideas or beliefs that have been holding you back from manifesting this goal. Focus on the clear vision of your intention or desire and allow the energy to work though you in order to manifest your desired outcome. Remember that it must resonate clearly both internally and externally - breath through any energy disruptions that you may sense as they arise whilst you listen to the Soul Incantation - breath through them in order to clear your blockages. Work daily on setting your goal, releasing blockages and manifesting your intentions over 24-36 hours and re-connect to this as often as you feel necessary after this.
