1. What is your definition of success?
    I'm guessing that it includes making a profound positive difference in the world.

    Many business owners say they want to provide the best goods and services in their industry and their market. Very few people go into business to be mediocre or average. They fervently believe in the benefits of what they provide for their customers and clients.

    They are true believers in the positive difference they are making in the world and have a vision of how they want the world to be. While money is a consideration for their business, they'd probably do what they do even if they weren't being paid for it. Maybe you already are..?

    The thing is that you still need to get the word out there about what you do in such a way that you are the logical choice. Lots of people I talk with say they don't want to be in competition with others and that they want to cooperate with other businesses. I understand that. Me too.

    The thing is that until such times that we get the whole world thinking that way, the reality is you are being competed with by other businesses and they'll steal your lunch without even thinking about it.

    You need to come up with reasons why people should do business with you instead of someone else, who may only care about taking your customers money.

    That's what this video series is all about. Getting your future customers to choose you and getting your current ones coming back to you.

    If you truly believe in what you do & care about those that you serve, then you owe it to them to tell them why their life will be better as a result of doing business with you.

    Keeping your methods a secret doesn't transform anything and it doesn't get your bills paid.
