You know you need calcium for healthy bones, but new guidelines stress dairy as one of the best sources.
Doctors recommend milk, cheese and yogurt in addition to calcium-fortified foods like breads and orange juice, because dairy is cheap, protein-rich and has one of the highest counts of both vitamin D and calcium -- even for the lactose intolerant.
