It was Christmas Eve, and I was a student at Bethany Bible College in Santa Cruz, California. The year---1967. I took my Martin guitar to the lounge at the end of the hall in the dorm I was staying in, and begin composing this song. I worked on it all night, and when dawn was just breaking, voila! It was finished. Never changed a word or note since then. Sorry for the poor vocals ... I couldn't find the recorded version with the Paul Johnson Singers, so our humble yet joyous church choir presented this version last Crhristmas Day. I hope it is an inspiration and blessing to you to know what Christ has provided for each and all of us by invading TIME two millenia ago, and what he can do when one invites him to invade their personal space today. God Bless You!
David plays and sings along with two of his songs written in the Sixties (Living Water) and Seventies (How His Love). Performed by Paul Johnson Singers, some Ray Conniff Singers and arranged by Bob Krogstad.
