Alaska Children's Eye & Strabismus

This strabismus surgery procedure is useful for graded weakening of superior oblique overaction, and for the treatment of Brown Syndrome. Developed by Dr. Ken Wright, this modification used a radio-opaque mini vessel loop sewn between the transected superior oblique tendon with a mattress stitch of 8-0 nylon suture.
