A fascinating paint world filmed with my super duper macro lens.. got a bit sloppy with the editing at some points... maybe I'll go back to this one later...
This was edited for my beautiful and inspiring friend Lenora from a load of images I shot with much inspiration in summer 2009 of her and her wonderful equine family. She has a very modern approach to horsemanship, based on their comfort and the study of their behavior, this approach is somtimes called Natural Horsemanship. Her 15 horses live outdoors all year round, are ridden bit-less and are trained with much understanding, patience and love.
I made this video for a school project using footage from the film "Home" by Yann Arthus Bertrand (it is copyright-free to encourage sharing)
I lived in Montpellier for almost a year, one of the sunniest cities in France except for a few days in Autumn where it rains cats and dogs. Forced to stay inside and admire the relentless rain from my balcony, I felt inspired to paint a painting about it, a year later I edited this.
