1. The link to our login page and your login information are emailed to you once you have been added as a user from the admin panel.

    Check the “Remember Me” box if you want your login information to be saved. The first screen you will see after login is where you select your company. If you work for many different companies, you can choose which company to view and make sales option sheets for.

    After you select your company, you will be taken to your Technician Scoreboard screen. Your Technician Scoreboard displays your Call and Sales metrics which includes Calls Sold, Average Invoice, and Billable Hours, Conversion Rate as well as other related information.

    The Technician Scoreboard can be searched by date range to get weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual snapshots. At the top left of the Scoreboard screen, the View Scheduled Calls link is available.

    On the top right the Logout link is available. (Note: if you plan on using our app offline for areas where internet connections is weak or non-existent, then do not Logout. Simply close the app. This will keep the app working when no internet connection is available)

  2. The View Scheduled Calls screen displays calls that have been dispatched to you. It also has links to view Past Calls and to add a Job Call.

    You may swipe down on this screen to refresh or reload your scheduled calls. Tap the call you wish to open and you are taken to the Call Details screen where you may apply a club discount, add a sales option sheet from a template or add a new sales option sheet to this call.

    If you choose to add a sales option sheet from a template the select option sheet template screen shows. From this screen you can search through the templates associated with this job and select one to use for the call. If you prefer to add a new sales option sheet then use the Add New Option Sheet link. Reschedule or Cancel job will remove the call from your list.

  3. To add a sales option sheet using a template tap the Add Option Sheet Using Template link after you have selected a job from the Scheduled Calls screen.

    A screen will load containing option sheet templates available for this job. If there are no option sheets available for the job one can be created by an admin user from the Admin Panel. After you select a template a screen containing the option sheet is displayed. You may edit any part of this option sheet.

    To edit an option level tap the Pen icon. The option level is now in the edit mode. You can edit the option title, service and warranty terms and add or remove options from this option level.

    The options in the right pane have been added to this option level and the left pane contains other options that you may add. To add options place a checkmark next to the option/s and tap Add. To remove options from the option level in the right pane tap the Trash can icon.

    The information icon displays any descriptions or notes that were added to this option from the admin panel. You may also add Custom Options by tapping the Add Custom Option link. Once you are finished with the option level tap the Add link on the bottom right of screen.

    There is a Show and Hide prices feature to display pricing of each option level. When you have modified the option sheet to your satisfaction tap Save. You are now ready to make the presentation to the client.

  5. Once you have made the option sheet for a call and Saved it, you are ready to make the presentation to the client.

    Tap Make Presentation. A dialog will appear asking you if you wish to record the presentation. From this screen you can show the client the options you’ve created for them and you can show the prices.

    Tap the option level that the client has chosen and then submit the call.
