  3. Every year, on Good Friday, just before the joy of Easter, we look to the Cross to meditate on Christ's suffering and sacrifice. The Way of the Cross is a solemn journey with Jesus as we remember HIs Passion, death and Resurrection. It doesn't matter where you are around the world - in Jerusalem or thousands of miles from Calvary- you can reflect on the one who once and for all conquered sin and death, to bring everyone who chooses it, new life, unconditional love, peace, joy and forgiveness.

For this film, we've traveled to Clifton Cathedral in Bristol to meditate on the Stations of the Cross with Bishop Declan Lang, Bishop of Clifton, and Dr Harry Hagopian, an international lawyer and consultant to the Catholic Bishops of England and Wales on the Middle East North Africa region. Harry is an Armenian who lived for many years in Jerusalem.

This programme seeks to bring East to West as we relate the realities of the lands of Christ's life, ministry, death and Resurrection to our lives today.
