This was a project I created in 2 weeks in Unity for ACL which is a big music festival here in Austin. This was my first unity project and another great learning experience. I used playmaker along with some very minor c# to handle the programming. As with the 4th of July VR, I handled everything within the engine; programming, particles, materials, and lighting.
This was a one month project for a client and my first taste of programming through Unreal's blueprint system. An awesome learning experience both for the programming as well as creating art for a VR game. This was an effect I RnD'd for a project that, ultimately, was scrapped. Decided to finish it out and see how it would turn out. 20 million particles simulated and rendered from Houdini and passed thru Nuke.
