Chef Jim LaPerriere makes the following dishes using fresh ingredients from the Holland Farmer's Market. LaPerriere makes Asparagus Fries, Sorrel Pesto Mayo, Baby Spring Greens and Strawberry Salad, Dried Blueberry-Balsamic Dressing, and Lemon Verbena Ginger and Strawberry Fresca.
Pamela Zinn MS, the owner of Holistic Nutrition Center, makes quick, healthy meals so simple that a 5 year old could do it! Along with her assistant Emily Kniowski, they make Chilled Asparagus Soup, Wilted Kale with Nuna Beans and Dried Cherries, Strawberry Popsicles, and Fried Sweet Peas.
