On 17th December 2010, Nathan Morris, the UK evangelist at the heart of the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival spoke prophetically concerning revival, while being aired globally on God TV. Nathan Morris said, "Here's what the Lord told me. You're not waiting for revival. Revival in here, it's now, get ready. Revival is here, and it's now. Here's what the Lord spoke to me. I believe in the next 18 months that city-wide revivals are going to break out. I believe the Lord in this hour, I believe at the end of 2010 and into 2011 we are going to see an outbreak of revival in the nations of the world. I believe the Lord said to me that I'm going to raise up cities of refuge, places of outpouring where those who are bound, where those that deserve hell will run to these cities to be saved. They will run to the glory, those who are sick, those who are bound will run to the cities of refuge." He had brought a message about God raising up Cities of Refuge and that he believed that this word was for "Norwich in the United Kingdom." "…I speak to Norwich in the United Kingdom, Norwich be awakened by the fire of the Holy Ghost." A few minutes later he called a row forward to be prayed over and one of them, Dave Weeks (at that time Campus leader of City Church Gt Yarmouth) told Nathan he was part of a church in "Norwich in the United Kingdom." He called Dave up onto the platform and said, "Evangelist John has been in Norwich. God has begun to do something there, but I'm believing for an outpouring in Norwich UK. I believe this word preached tonight is coming to Norwich UK. Norwich in the UK be awakened right now!" At the end of the meeting John Kilpatrick said, "God is getting churches ready. It's not going to be a church-wide revival; it's going to be city-wide revivals. God's going to shake cities." Interestingly, there were only two leaders present from the UK that weekend and the other one was Kingsley Armstrong from NFLC.

The vision? To see an army of young people rise up in the nations of the earth, leading the way in unity, moving in the supernatural and spreading revival everywhere they go. God is moving powerfully in Norwich, and it's time to see this army rise up to fulfill all that God has called them to do, to see and to be.

Heart for the House is our opportunity to honour the many people that contribute to the life of City Church.
Every one has an ability, a talent, a gift. So many serve the House by giving their time, their abilities and talents that enlarge and build the church. Every act of kindness performed, every undisclosed gift, all the hospitality and every word of encouragement demonstrates heart and compassion in action. Phil and Johanna and the leaders commend you all for your attitude of giving, for your willingness to work together and for your friendship in the church. “Thank you so much! In that way, you are laying your lives down for others. That’s what we need to do consistently because family and friendships are established and enjoyed through teamwork. So to all those who serve and help to build the living and loving heartbeat of this House—we celebrate you! All those who serve and help to move this church forward into all that God has for us—we applaud you!”
When people volunteer in teamwork, things get done! Something great is accomplished and things are moved forward, the church is built and the Kingdom comes and that’s our Heart for this House!
