The Ponds and Spray Fields Will Involve 12 Parcels Totaling Approximately 180 Acres for Storage of Excess Recycled Water and Agricultural Fields Irrigated with Recycled Water. The Request is Located within the Central Lathrop Specific Plan Development Area (APN’s: 191-220-10, -15; 191-220-17, -18; 191-220-35; 191-220-37; 191-220-44, -45)

    Environmental Status: An Addendum to the 2004 CLSP EIR (State Clearinghouse No. 2003072132, Addendum II) has been prepared to evaluate the proposed use of the 12 parcels in the CLSP area for temporary recycled water storage and disposal.

    8.2.
