This video shows how much enjoyment we get from running in a group. I started this running group so that women of all ages could learn to run, and continue running, in a friendly, supportive and non-intimidating environment.
I didn't start running until my mid-forties when I became hooked on the health benefits and joy of the sport. I have since run many half-marathons and marathons and intend to continue to do so until I drop.
So whatever your fitness goal, whether it’s taking those first tentative steps towards a healthier lifestyle, losing weight, or learning to run and train for your first race, this group is for you - and I’m here to help. runwithharri.co.uk
A film that explores the biology and psychology of addiction; part of a drugs awareness DVD produced for SMART, an Oxford based charity that helps and advises addicts and their families, steering them into treatment and/or rehab, education and employment.
Ex-users talk candidly about drug use and their own journeys from addiction to treatment and on to recovery. Professor David Nutt explains the science behind addiction and how heroin and crack can take over some peoples' brains - and lives.
The main film is approximately 40 minutes in duration and on the DVD there are extra chapters telling the contributors' individual stories in greater detail.
