"Indigobelle" Live at the Vanguard

Indigobelle have set the Australian country music. With a strong sense of melody and understanding of subtlety Kellie holds her audience with her vocal prowess and stage presence. Kellie is also a key contributor to Indigobelle’s repertoire and features two self penned tracks on the band’s forthcoming album. Pat is a key vocalist in the band and features on many of the band’s upcoming albums tracks. He plays rhythm electric guitar in the band and also features on piano. Pat contributes a lot of the original material to Indigobelle’s repertoire and brings a wealth of experience to the band playing over the years in some of Australia’s finest bands including: The O’Donnell Brothers & The Flood. Pat has a unique and strong guitar sound. Influenced by guitarists like Joe Walsh, Don Felder, Mark Knopfler and Andy Summers.

After spending almost a year on this project with co-producer Doug Roberts, the songs are polished and ready to go. With an intimate feel to his acoustic shows and an uplifting energy to the full band gigs you are sure not to be disappointed.

When he moved to Melbourne in 2001 to explore broader opportunities, Adam soon teamed up with Aria award winning producer/engineer Doug Roberts who is known for his work with bands and artists such as The Badloves, Chocolate Starfish, Paul Kelly, John Farnham, Mick Jagger, Chris Wilson and Boom Crash Opera. A quick demo was recorded and although a modest offering, Adam felt he had more to give and more to explore in the craft of song writing.

Bandera Unsung is about seasoned country musicians from the Hill Country in Texas. It is a story about what it means to put the Art of your Music and its History ahead of yourself and play because you need to. It is a story about picking nine accomplished Artists, all from the same area, and getting them together to play as band for the first time in front of thousands.

Bandera Unsung is about recording their lives, their music. Watching them rehearse together for their climactic first live concert in front of 2000 fans. This is not just about Country Music. It is about some very special people that have followed their heart.
