As a student-driven organization, REC prioritizes supporting young people in the development of their ideals and world views. This new video project aims to create smart, concise media that can inform the work of activists and make progressive thinking accessible to the general public. We see this series as an opportunity to engage people, especially youth and students, in critical conversations that seek to envision solutions and practices that will materially transform oppressive economic and political structures.

Directed and edited by Derek Kiernan and James Nabati Mazloomi, the first episode on climate justice signals the start of a larger effort to curate the voices of youth organizers, community activists, and movement thinkers.
