1. This instructional film was originally converted to PAL tape and then to NTSC Tape and then to DVD Video.

I have cleaned up a bit of the audio and posted this as mp4.

The instructions are very good but the Time Allowed per Lift rule has changed.

Video was provided by Jim Schmitz from his archives.

  3. May 2, 2008 FIT Barbell Club

Nathan Schadle completes two one rep max PRs. 100kg and 102kg. "Bear" completed this challenge just before his 14th birthday to eliminate the consequences set by his coach. Coach Rob and Bear are both relieved that Bear didn't have to cut his hair into a Mullet.

This video is the result of my first 6 button pushes of a new Sony EX1. This was recorded in ambient light at 1080 60i and converted to 1280 by 720 30p using PP CS3. Please excuse the backlight, bad edits and shakes. I spent more time looking at the camera than the subject. I also now have to learn CS3 since PP2 doesn't handle XDCAM. Enjoy!
