On February, 11, Fjord Madrid office held its first Fjord Kitchen, a meeting point for everyone interested in joining the Service Design revolution conversation. We were honored to receive some of the major re-thinkers of design in recent times and some of the leaders who are already successfully adopting this new approach within their organizations:
