Often described as an experimental pop band, AU is known for its ability to shift seamlessly from its beautiful and delicate arrangements to more spastic improvisations. I first saw them performing with the Dodos, but we filmed this while they were leaving for tour with Deerhoof, and now hear they're setting out again with WHY? It's hard to feel you've really captured such a versatile and ever-changing band with only two songs (you really have to see their live show!), but I'm sure you'll see why they got our attention . . . enjoy!
