This is a short film that I shot on 16mm. It takes place in 1945 around the real life bombing of London near the end of WWII. It's more of a love story than a war film, but the slow pace really pays off in the climax.
All wardrobe and props are actual WWII items, which coupled with the grainy film stock helps this film feel very vintage and authentic. It was shot with an ARRI BL16 camera in one weekend on a budget of $1000 for wardrobe, film stock and processing fees. No color correction was used in post.
This is my first true film. Enjoy.
