  2. With fish machboos being another favorite dish eaten during Ramadan, we chose this video as our fourth one created for the Dubai Municipality. In line with its awareness campaign, we wanted to inspire people to exercise after dinner. Doing so for a small amount of time will actually burn the calories ingested during your meal. Given the portion size. Staying fit doesn't always mean cutting out your favorite meals, especially during the holidays!
    Sama TV Dubai will be airing all our animated healthy lifestyle tips after Iftar.

For our Ramadan 2015 campaign created for the Dubai Municipality, we featured dishes that form a big part of the Emirati cuisine and cultural weave.

The Dubai Municipality wanted to raise awareness during Ramadan that would inspire people to exercise a little after eating some of their favorite dishes.

We chose simple activities that could help people burn off calories after having eaten a good-sized portion of the dishes.

Airing on Sama Dubai TV around iftar time, our series of five videos encourage people to stay fit, in line with line with the Dubai Municipality's new initiatives of food wastage and health awareness.
