  4. Doodlecast is used to enhance understanding of the Make Ten strategy. Students choose a card with a 3 part equation. They then build the equation with 3 sets of blocks. Next, they open the Doodlecast app and use the camera to capture a picture of their block equation. They then circle ten, write the equation the ten-way, and solve the equation. Thinking and reasoning are captured as students work in pairs to complete this math task.
