Brownwood Farms, an old fashioned idea, has evolved into a premier specialty food producer in Northern Michigan. On the shores of Torch Lake in 1945, Mary Louis Morse created some of America's firsts in finest flavors; Cherry Butter and Kream Mustard.
Today's Brownwood continues the old fashioned way; small batches, hand measured, gently stirred without automation. Kream Mustard and Cherry Butter, 60 year old favorites, have now joined over forty new fine food products. The base ingredients are always the best Michigan grown fruits and Michigan sugars.
