FLACAFILMS Video Production is committed to compelling storytelling and using film and video as tools for social change and education. Our goal is to create fresh images on screen that challenge stereotypes and engage the community in dialogue around the social issues raised in our documentaries.
This channel will include clips from Stable Life, the film I am currently producing. Stable Life tells the story of a dying racetrack and the challenges of the people (mostly Mexican immigrants) who live and work on the “backside” of the racetrack.
We will also will highlight projects created through our community-based collaborations and video work produced by my students.
