1. Dr. Eric M. Genden, chairman for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medial Center in New York, explains why he chose to become a head and neck surgeon. Dr. Eric Genden attended medical school at The Mount Sinai Medical School. After additional training at Washington University, he returned to The Mount Sinai and stayed on staff since 1998. He feels passionate about treating head and neck cancers because they can be debilitating to a person’s ability to function. He feels that his specialty allows him to not only save patients’ lives but also restore quality of life and function so patients can speak, eat and socialize well.

    The campaign features 10 animated TV mics. Through different media , how this system diffuses health responds to specific and real problems of the population , through a wide range of services and useful information for everyone.
    It also communicates about improvements through the implementation of major works, the incorporation of new equipment for hospitals and health centers , creating shifts telephone system in hospitals to reduce and streamline the waiting time , care plans personalized care , training in healthy habits , among other topics of relevance to those who use the public health system of the City.
