This 8 min. documentary focuses on the uses and excuses of the N-word. Individuals from different ethnic groups testify to their experiences and ideas about the usage of this highly disputed ethnic slur. The narrative attempts to articulate the temperature of the American culture in relation to the use of this word, using a series of quick cuts and fades, a score that is peppered with a series of pulsating drumbeats, and text to support the overall message.
