1. As irony has it this video will be re-blogged and seen on social media outlets the world over. Go ahead and participate in the irony and re-blog the video on your facebook and twitter accounts.

Looking in on how hyper frequent society uses its sacred social media. I can’t help but observe the people around me who appear to be consumed and addicted to trying to keep up to speed on their social media pages.

You check your Facebook page while driving. Tweet a message that you ‘just took a shower’. Instagram a photo of your double soy macchiato with extra foam and so it continues ad infinitum.

I have more questions than I do answers with social media. We live in a ridiculously hyper fast pace life where information is exchanged so rapidly that it makes us feel inadequate and drains our attention span. This painting was executed at the GALORE festival (http://werket.dk/galore/) in Copenhagen, Denmark. The painting is a time-lapse composed of over 9,000 photos and painted over a 5-day period. Enjoy and try to keep up.

A compassionate look at undocumented youth in the United States. Through a series of interviews with undocumented kids, activists, policymakers, non-profit leaders, educators and members of the clergy Illegal seeks to raise the consciousness level of the American public regarding the importance of full immigration reform. Though an important step was taken with the president's order to halt the deportations of some young undocumented residents, we must remember that his executive order could change as early as January under a new administration. Our work is far from over.

Illegal is an independent documentary film financed by Houston philanthropist Curry Glassell.

A cautionary tale about the days we're living in. Edward, Susan and their son Lino live a nice life in the suburbs, having all that their bourgeois life can afford. Then, one day and without warning, stinky, brown, doughy 'stuff' starts appearing outside their expensive and luxurious home.
