This short video shows you how you can use Guided Access on an iPad to lock an app open. This prevents the app from being closed until a passcode is entered. In this video the iPad is running iOS7, but the process is very similar in iOS8. The app used for the demonstration is Too Noisy: toonoisyapp.com
Homerswood Primary School in Welwyn Garden City has been working with Herts for Learning over the last two years, to implement the use of Chromebooks and G Suite for Education across the school. Starting with a single set of Chromebooks which were mainly used at the top of the school, they have gradually introduced more sets and developed their practice so that today they have an extensive Chromebook provision which is used effectively across the age-groups and curriculum.
