First rehearsal July 2018 in Petrolia, California.

The Storm in My House (TSIMH) deals with personal, political, and environmental turmoil. Through the frame of protest songs, interviews and field recordings this project works with the stories of displaced persons who sought refuge in and were displaced from the Albany Bulb, a former construction debris landfill site in that has been host to informal arts and encampments. TSIMH will be a multi-disciplinary performance, collaboratively created and performed by inkBoat and directed by Shinichi Iova-Koga, to be developed at the Albany Bulb as a site-specific piece (showings on Oct. 18, 19) and then premiere at CounterPulse as a theater piece (Oct. 24-27), 2019.
