Interacting Minds Centre

Frederique de Vignemont works in philosophy of cognitive science. Her training has been both in philosophy (at the Jean-Nicod Institute, Paris and at the department of philosophy, NYU) and in cognitive science (at the Institute of Cognitive Science, Lyon and at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, London).
Frederique visited Interacting Minds Centre in October 2013, where she gave a talk about her most recent work in the field of studying empathy with a special emphasis on pain-empathy. Associated IMC researcher John Michael caught Frederique after the talk for a brief interview.
