  5. This was our (winning!) entry for the 'PSP Amaze Me' competition in 2006. This video was shot as a rehearsal, thats why the sound is so bad, our actual submission had be recorded live in a psp video booth..

The live version is up here (about half way down the page):

    Official synopsis was:
"A cybertronic mutant evolved from sony electronics searches for his real father"

    ‘Ah you’ll be grand’

Last year Calvin Doyle & myself, Conor English, undertook our first venture into narrative filmmaking, it was our first time doing such a project but we were confident that our vision would produce a unique perspective into Irish storytelling and we aim to continue to build upon this as we make our way into this wonderful industry. Now, we would love to show you.

Crafted as a mystery thriller, Live Psychic is fuelled by its dreamy atmosphere, surrealist imagery and dark Irish humour, It follows the path of a psychic in a small midlands town in Ireland, comforting and consulting those in need of her guidance, however, her visions turn to nightmares as they uncover a harsh reality.
