Sculpture done with remains from the old Jordan University at their main Exhibition place (1st Art Symposium and Congress).
This art work is conceived to display social and artistic news.
Specifically I recorded sound and video from the Palestinian and Syrian refugees camps to be displayed on it.
I'm Zaatari (the second biggest Refugee Camp in the world) I carried out a mediation action, in which I shared large size maps of the Camp with the Syrians.
And they added to this maps the human trace of everyday's live.
Trough this action their lives and memories were shared while drawing and building a strong sense of collectivity.
The action carried out in the refugee camp was intended to help understanding, by using maps of the camp, what was happening in their lives.
Starting with a very natural talk, asking the refugees to draw on the map, this would help building a collective memory and a common understanding of the inhabitants on the camp.
Hundreds of pens and small maps were distributed among the people in the camp.
All this could not be possible without the help of Jehad Al Ameri, Diran Matjalama, Susan M Petroi, Nida Yassin, Balquis Albsharat, and the collaboration of the Cartographer José Fernandez and many other people who supported me in this travel of live.
