Hraunfossar, most often called Barnafossar (children's waterfalls) in Borgarfjördur Iceland is a series of waterfalls formed by rivulets streaming over a distance of about 900 meters out of the Hallmundarhraun, a lava field which flowed from an eruption of one of the volcanoes lying under the glacier Langjökull. My attention this time was to the river, primarily.
The small river and the rocks at Thingvellir just outside Reykjavik city. Here I find peace and inspiration.

Quiet day in Reykholt walley, with the glacier and volcano Langjökull, birds and some of the few trees that grows in Iceland. Almost the time that the sun never sets in Iceland. A good afternoon, nothing more, nothing less.
