Wow, our second day in London was AMAZING. First, the girls taught the other Champions of Play soccer skills in Hyde Park with MIA HAMM. Then we went to the London Eye and Olympic Park, where we ate at the biggest McDonald's in the world, met Gabby Douglas, and watched the US Track and Field Team win some more medals. Can't wait for tomorrow!
Another mind-blowing day of sightseeing and starstruck moments in London...the girls went to the Olympic Village, watched Japan win the bronze in women's volleyball, then ate lunch at the USA House where they received medals for being "Champions of Play" with Julie Foudy and Trey Hardee. This afternoon we went on a Duck Tour of all the famous landmarks and had a proper British fish and chips dinner at Sherlock Holmes pub. Thank you so much McDonald's, Century Council, and our guardian angel, Jane for making this trip so successful!
