The KEEP project (Keeping Employees: Employer Practices) is an exciting project funded by the Ontario Government that highlights the best human resources practices for keeping and engaging employees.

The tips and strategies shared by award-winning organizations known for their exemplary retention techniques have been compiled into a series of short and informative training videos that will become a resource for small and/or emerging companies.

These resources will be hosted on the http://www.yorkworks.ca employment centre site and offered through the Employment Ontario network free of charge to any employer who wants to improve their ability to retain good employees.
