Filmed in Seattle over a couple of days in March, we were incredibly fortunate to have a small window of clear skies just long enough for us to film.

I mounted my Canon 5DII with 2 Manfrotto Magic Arms to the bikes for unique angles. It was scary at first, but I soon became comfortable with how strong the magic arms were. I only shot a couple of shots with the GoPro. I love my GoPro, but in this case the limitations of the camera with it's always super wide angle and no focus or aperture controls made it less appealing.

Big thanks to the REI team that worked to put this together.
