1. This is my interpretation of the studio version of Led Zeppelin's - Song Remains The Same. It was played live but I did two takes and there is one transition between the takes 2/3 of the way through. I got all the way through only to mess up the ending as I missed the final cue. Sorry for the utterance that subsequently followed!

This was played on a Gibson Jimmy Page CA #1 through a Randall RM100 with stock Plexi module. I plugged straight in and the gain was set to 5. Recorded into Cubase using an SE4400a.

Thanks to Claudio Massafra for the backing track - you rock my friend!

  2. This is a cover of the classic Led Zeppelin song - Heartbreaker. The solo starts at 2:10. Used my trusty Gibson Les Paul Jimmy Page CA #1 and plugged straight into a Jaded Faith 1959RR on channel 3 of my Randall RM100. I included vocal on this one too (yes, I know I'm no Robert Plant!).

The 1959 RR had the following settings:
Low gain setting, diode clipping, mode 1, haze off.
    Gain on 9, Bass 5, Middle 6, Treble 8, Master 5

You should check out all Rob's modules, they are awesome!
