The video covers all aspects of HDR photography from capture to output. In the video you will learn why to use HDR; the rules for shooting HDR; how to set you camera up to make HDR photography easy; three methods for processing HDR images; how to create HDR panoamas and more. Lewis shows you three ways to process natural looking HDR images, they include using Adobe Lightroom and its built in Merge to HDR feature as well as using Lightroom in conjunction with the Merge To 32 Bit plug in from HDRsoft.com. The last method demonstrates using Adobe's Photoshop/Bridge/ ACR to process your images.

    After watching this 58 minute video you will be capable of creating your own natural, realistic looking HDR images.

    Lewis Kemper is widely recognized as a photographer, writer, and instructor, lecturing and teaching throughout the United States. He served as Canon’s Explorers of Light for 10 years and now serves as an Explorer of Light Emeritus.

His publication “Photographing Yosemite Digital Field Guide” was voted in the top 20 field guides. Lewis’ latest project “My Stretch of the River: A Photographer’s Journal”, features a years worth of photography and journal entries on the American River in Sacramento, CA . His latest publication are two photographic guide apps, “Yosemite National Park SNAPPGuide” and “Yellowstone National Park SNAPPGuide.”
