Editor/writer Natalia Rachlin shares the story of Mother Tongue, the magazine she launched last year with fellow writer (and mother) Melissa Goldstein.
Mother Tongue is notable as a beautifully designed and produced piece of print, but also for its bold reinvention of what a magazine for mothers should be. Natalia discusses the thinking behind the project and reflects on the first two issues.
She’s joined by two London-based contributors to the magazine. Malwina Gudowska and Charlotte Jansen read from their writing in the magazine, to give a sense of the stories it covers.
