  1. If I can spend 20 minutes unapologetically in the middle of all this you can certainly pull this workout off anywhere, anytime😛

    You can perform outdoors, in the gym or from your living room if that's your style - all you need is space, 20 minutes and a few items to prop you up.

    Perform circuit 3-4x depending on your fitness level.

    Burpee Push Ups (can also do regular burpees) x 10
    Squat Jumps x 10
    Moutain Climbers x 10 / leg
    Decline Push ups x 10 (regular push ups totally okay)
    Tricep Dips x 10
    Plank Variation x 10
    HOLD plank after 10 full reps for 30 secs

    Grab a power band and perform 3-4x pre or post your workout a few times a week to get your posterior muscles engaged.

    Deep Crab Walks x 15
    Monster Walk x 15
    Glute Bridges x 10
    Single Leg Bridges x 10
    Squats x 10
