  5. Red Sand Palm Qi Gong - it's probably the Qi Gong I practiced most in my life. It's a beautiful Qi Gong I learned from Master Long Jin Ju when I stayed at the Northern China Shaolin Martial Arts Academy, near Siping (Jilin Province) in 2002-2003.

If possible, you should practice it three times a day, in the morning, at noon and in the evening. It was the complementary Qi Gong to our Baji Qi Gong which formed the base of our Baji Quan training.

I would only learn the second part after having practiced the first one for a few weeks, and then the third part after having practiced the first two parts for quite a while.

By the time, you practice the whole Qi Gong, you should have started to calm down and your breath should have become deeper, so that the whole set would take you around an hour.

It's a beautiful Qi Gong. I really like it a lot and I'm quite sad I do not have time anymore to practice it so much.

For some reason, the camera stopped filming at some point in the last part - I have no idea of how that happened. So it skipped filming a little part... But, I guess I must have sensed this somehow, and there is an explanation of the missing part at the end of the video :-)

Good and beautiful Qi Gong inspirations to you :-)
